I tried phonepe, paytm for sending money to Singapore. Not possible. If you explain more detaily, will be helpful.

It's still not working. ICICI, AXIS, and SBI don't have the option to send money to Singapore pay now via UPI. Singapore DBS bank has given the option pay now to UPI but that's still not working. More detail is needed.
