Hi from Ireland! It looks like an alergic reaction to cold! It is called "cold urticaria", our daughter gets the exact same rash when her skin gets exposed to cold air or water. It goes away after a few hours, she usually feels a bit sluggish, but nothing too serious 👍

For Txu, put some Benadryl on wherever the dots are. Once I had an allergic reaction just like that but on my chin. I’m allergic to face masks (for like skincare) that have fruit in them. A food allergy is something to keep an eye on, feel better soon. If possible try some allergy relief if you can find a store opened that has it. It'll sometimes come in small pills or a liquid, they normally help me when my seasonal allergies are acting up and make me feel sick.
