Did you know that the second phase of a migraine attack is called Aura?

These reversible nervous system symptoms usually occur before or during a migraine attack and can last up to an hour. While visual disturbances, like seeing bright spots or flashes of light, are the most common, they can also include pins and needles sensations, weakness or numbness in the face or body, and even difficulty speaking.
