President Kagame, you are one of the best leaders in Africa, if not, the world. President Kagame can bring hope, change, differences. My country former president, Park Junghee, brought change to our country. He made a country now big in economy. I think president Kagame can bring change like our president park. I admire president kagame and wish the best for Rwanda and him.
