In my experience: in my 20’s I had a lot of really interesting, adventurous experiences, but it was also really hard. Lots of loneliness, instability, struggles with mental health, physical health, work and money……I felt like I was building a better life in my 30’s. I am 42 now, and so far I have to say my 40’s have been the best decade of my life! More health, stability, well-being, calm……it is so good! It is not that there are not challenges in life but I am much better equipped to deal with them. ❤ If you are in your 20’s and struggling I hope it gets better for you, too. 🙂❤️

My dad got me with 55, he said 30-50 is the best age because you are an established person and secure about who you are and what you want. He died at 80 cause of cancer but he stayed motivated and active until his death always striving forward
