Did you know the torches in the great hall were originally fire but the actors burnt their ropes once and it wasn't safe, so they changed it to an orange light and different colours of paper.

I know this scene is a meme and all, but Dumbledore not being calm actually works, too. Since Dumbledore knows that the tournament is very deadly and it's important that Harry needs to stay alive for Voldemort's defeat. Dumbledore just appears very protective and frustrated yet panicked at the same time.
