Now in its twelfth year, the Syrian conflict has created the world's largest refugee crisis. Winter is the most difficult season of the year for internally displaced Syrians, as the low temperatures exacerbate their daily struggles.

This year, 4.6 million people in the northwest of Syria are preparing for another winter season of flooding, snowstorms, and unpredictability. The majority of those dependent on winter aid are women and children residing in camps with limited or no access to heating, electricity, water supply, or sewage systems.

Many internally displaced families live in tents that are not designed to withstand the harsh winter weather. Without a safe place to sleep, basic food, heat, warm clothing, and clean water, they face a real risk of contracting a fatal illness or freezing to death.

With your support, the HIHFAD team will be on the ground and ready to make a difference this winter.

- Provide a family with a winter kit consisting of four blankets, two mattresses, and one tent-protecting tarp for £95

- Provide 300 kilograms of coal to a family for £110

Please don't wait. You can make a real difference this winter.
