I bought a 2023 Switch Cruise in July and it’s been back to the dealer 3 times with steering issues. This latest time the dealer doesn’t know how to address the steering issue and is reaching out to BRP for direction and is being ignored. The dealer has literally had my boat as much as I have. This visit it has been with them 2 weeks already with no end in sight. I’m going to call lemon law attorneys tomorrow.

Went to dealer today and they also dont have any information on the new lineup. Seadoo really didnt listen to any feedback.
- fix the canopy
- fix side entrance
- make refinements available for all models.
The video didnt even cover the "fixes" that seadoo did fix like battery.

The Switch didn't perform well in the 2 different 170 hp versions that I have tried. Waiting to try improved 230 hp if it ever exists.

Ok, now where is the 325 HP model? They put that motor in the water bikes! I have tested a 230 HP model and there is not enough ponies in it! Especially when your up in the mountain lakes! Oh yes and $50K, come on!

Literally the one thing Ive seen from reviews and owners since launch a few years back is a need for a small side gate/entrance.

Most boats are side-docked and older folk cannot climb on the back and scramble over the rear chairs/bulkhead.

Why we are now going into 2024 and STILL there is not side entrance incorporated, Sea Doo are going to need to explain.
