I personally think kratos has more BIQ, he was a general of the spartan army, and is now the God of war. He's had generations to fight and adapt to his surroundings as proven in most of the games, and in gow ragnarok he's around 1055 years old, although I HAVE NOT played skyrim so I can be wrong
