Girl yes, I suffer from generalized anxiety, and was having a terrible time in Jan and Feb went back to my doctor and she checked my Vitamin D and it was low so she prescribed 50, 000 mg pill for me to take once a week and yes I have felt a million times better!! So crazy that Vitamin D can affect us so much but it really does!!

That nest perfume you got is AMAZING! Not overly floral, very sunny and sweet like you said. I love scentbird. Affordable and you don’t waste money on perfume that goes bad when you don’t use it up. Also, my vitamin D levels were at 2 or 3.... had them checked when my depression was just complete shit. I got some Ollie gummies at target and it has helped so much.

Vitamin D can help especially if you have fair skin and live in northern areas where sunlight is hard to come by. It is so important it is one of the few vitamins our bodies synthesize. D3 is generally the better form to increase serum levels. 4000 IU is the upper limit and it is important to not go above this without consulting a doctor because it is stored in your fat cells so it can build up if you take too much. Also, even if you can't go outside, try sitting by the window for 20-30 minutes a couple times a day. As always please consult your doctor but know I am a dietitian in training so my opinion/information is an educated one 🤗

Yep, the D3 tablets are amazing, and you’re right, I was told to take 3, 000 mg a day and it’s an inexpensive way to bring up your mood. Good suggestion my dear 😊

Omg the most amazing and surprising thing happened today!!! I got a bright red liquid lip stain in my Boxycharm today and I was able to use it as a popsicle lip like you do and it worked!!!! It looked amazing!! Thanks for that amazing tip!!!
