If the US stopped spending $billions for free housing, free healthcare, free food, free transportation, free phones, free cash cards for millions of illegal immigrants there would be many $billions to spend for the benefit of US citizens, for example, on more traffic controllers in US airports. First of all we do not need younger people to get into the field.
we need mature and seasoned people to get into the field of air traffic control.
If you try to apply to be an air traffic controller and if you're OVER THE AGE OF 31, THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO START THE TRAINING or even be one.
so maybe the problem is you got TOO MANY YOUNG people there and not enough people that have more experienced lives.

No major incidents in 15 year’s; yet how many very close calls, by the grace of God that could have easily been continued constant flying disasters !!
