I did same blunder in Jee Main 2021. Before Exam I hadn't slept properly. DUE TO THIS I lost my momentum in Jee Main . I always scoring 200+ in Jee Mains Mocks but in real I scored around 120.But I forgot what Blunder I did in Jee Main. NOW I am focusing on Jee Advanced

Even when I was studying from fiitjee in class 11. In there advanced phase test in last 10-5 minutes I started to calculate marks and after calculating I got very sad and scared that I am scoring very less marks and this even affected my second paper. From after that test I never calculated or talked about the paper 1 during the break. It can literally destroy your confidence and your second paper also might get affected from it.
