Easy to cut with jigsaw, with a fine tooth blade fitted that especially suited for this type of material. Glueing will not keep these in place for long, you should fit 12mm ply strips to the crossmembers in ceiling then use special pins that are designed for this to pin the t&g lengths to the 12mm ply strips. If you glue them they WILL come loose after you are using the van, moisture and vibration will loosen them.
