St. Sophia Cathedral is a magnificent Kyivan Rus temple which was built in the 11th century. If walls could talk, they might tell us about plunders and the everyday lives of the first rulers of this world. The cathedral has stunning mosaics and frescos that were created back in the 11th century by Byzantine masters. Golden Gate served as a triumphal entrance and ancient city fortifications of the 11th century. You will learn why they are called Golden and if they have ever been conquered. We’ll visit St Michael’s Golden-Domed Cathedral. It is the first Cathedral with Golden Cupolas in Eastern Europe.

Unfortunately, the city has changed in the past 1 year and a half. It has a lot of scars from bombing and drone attacks. You’ll see them with your own eyes. Olga would like to share with you her place of power. It’s a unique Lilac Forest in Kyiv. The incredible park is built as a stepped amphitheater full of blooming bushes.
