I remember the .Maidan....I lived not too far from there. Went shopping at Zoom and Farfour. I was very saddened when they took out the marvelous fountains and substituted them for the light domes that lit up the underground shopping center that was created. Everyone used to go to play in the fountains during the summertime...best time ever.
