Try Millenaris park (near Mammut) and Kopaszi-gat. Also a pretty good hiking trail starts on Gul baba utca (it's quite steep), and there's also a Turkish fortress nearby, newly renovated. Last but not least, try the chairlift going up to the top hill of Budapest (Normafa).

You guys should check Romai part for Hekk, Libego, Fogaskereku, Childrens railway, Szentendre, Kopaszi-gat, Daubner Confectionery (one of the best bakery in BP), Margaret Island, Millenáris Park, Budapest city park

Very interesting video. Thanks for sharing. Btw, Budapest is actually made up of three cities: Buda, Pest, and Óbuda. Stay Fluffy! (Eric)

not two, but three cities were put together (Pest, Buda, Ó-buda) Did you try the A38 ship on the Duna? And Normafa, with an interesting view of the city, when you sit on the "Libegő" (like a ski-lift, but it is for not skiing peolple too). And when You get up on the hill, go and see "János-kilátó" - a viewsighting tower

Pörkölt (aka Goulash) should normally have also very tender beef, probably they havent cooked it enough in that case.

In the case of "vadas marha", the meat is cooked in the sauce. The main flavoring of the vegetable sauce is bay leaf and mustard.
In the second dish, the pasta part is also a dish in its own right. It's called "túrós csusza " in restaurants. Elsewhere, it's just curd pasta. It is also customary to serve it with fish dishes.
It is a subject of constant debate whether it is better with pieces of bacon (this is not the bacon with meat, but a meatless one called white), with cheese, or with sugar.
Boiled potatoes are also a possible side dish for stews.
The difference between goulash and stew is 100% as Anja said.
Fisherman's Bastion. It seems to be from the 17th century, but that's when the previous defenses were demolished. Jenő of Savoy (Eugen von Savoyen) recaptured it from the Turks in 1686. The complex itself was built between 1895-1902...
5:15 Buso. The sokacs of Mohács are the haunting monster of winter. The buso march is one of the tourist attractions of Mohács.
From the 1700s, the Buda Castle was more of a country residence, at most it played a representative role towards the Hungarian nobles. Because at that time, Hungary was already part of the Habsburg Empire. The consequence of this was the identity of the Austrian emperor and the Hungarian king, the personal union. The consequence of this personal union is the location of the ruling center in Vienna. At that time, the center of Hungarian public administration was already in Pozsony (now Bratislava Slovakia).
