Why? Mostly because it’s cute and I can see it happening I guess? Pacifica is redeemed and Mabel is pretty fond of her. I don’t ship it because I see it as purely platonic, but I don’t think it’s hurting anybody so eh, why not.

Soos x Melanie (Melsoos):
Approved but awesome -
Why? C’mon, Soos is happy and Melanie is happy and it’s not harmful. Nothing groundbreaking but hey it’s really nice.

Dipper x Bill Cipher (Billdip)
NO. FUCK NO. ITS ILLEGAL, FUCK YOU -
Why? Bill is more than a trillion years old, Dipper is 12-13, this is already problematic as all hell. Even if you age Dipper up there is still an enormous age gap in addition to Bill Ciphers abusive acts towards the Pines family. Bill Cipher literally tries to kill Dipper on multiple occasions and said that he would ‘throw Dipper off the water tower’ while possessing him in Journal 3! Essentially making it look like Dipper killed himself and letting his astral projection wander the world as a ghost! Yeahhh… nah.

Stanley Pines x Stanford Pines (Stancest)

Why? They’re brothers, they’re related, this isn’t Alabama, this is wrong. Don’t give me that “gay incest is alright because it’s gay” NO.

Why? Again, they’re siblings. Gross, dude.

Why? Tons of canon evidence, Pacifica is redeemed, hinted to like eachother, seems pretty healthy. Don’t really see why not and it’s pretty cute.

Why? Canon gay couple (thank you, Alex for fighting with Disney to make this work) and they’re so fucking cute.

Bill Cipher manipulated Ford again and again. It’s not my cup of tea, but I can see the appeal of the toxic yaoi.

Why? I mean, yeah I guess it’s cute but as kids their age gap is… problematic, it could even be deemed as pedophilia. If they were adults it would be completely fine but a 3 year age gap as minors is odd to say the least. If they were both aged up as a adults then sure! As kids? No thanks.

Why? They could be read as friends and that’s totally fine! I personally love this ship because of so many gestures and things Stanford and Fiddleford do/say that can be interpreted as romantic (especially in Journal 3). BUT, I can see the stigma around it and why it’s not everyone’s favorite (especially since Ford hasn’t been the best around Fiddleford) therefore, I put it as “probably not all that good, but approved nevertheless”.

Candy x Dipper: I honestly don’t have much of an opinion on this ship, like alright I guess?

Stanley Pines x Lazy Susan: Again, no opinion. But Stanley shot his shot and it didn’t work out, meh.

Gideon x Mabel: I forgot to put this in honestly, Mabel wants to be friends and Gideon kinda just wants her and be with her against her will. Not really healthy at all.
