OSI WIFI ALARM SYSTEM - 4G SIM Card Feature // Demonstration

This video will demonstrate how the OSI Wi-fi Alarm System SIM Card Feature functions when a sensor is triggered!

What is the Sim Card used for?

The OSI Alarm System can also communicate with the 4G Network using a 4G Mobile Network supported SIM Card (sold separately). Using a Sim Card is especially beneficial for those who have properties in remote areas where there is no Wi-fi Network and works great for those away from home for an extended period of time. Simply insert a SIM Card and it will work with the mobile network. This is perfect for those living in remote areas with no Internet or poor Wi-Fi . Also, when the sensors (eg. Door Sensor) or panic button trigger the alarm, the 4G Alarm will immediately auto dial one of 5 pre-programmed numbers which is pre-stored in the alarm, or sends a notification through SMS Text message.

✅SIM CARD Features:

• Arm & Disarm remotely by phone (calling or with SMS text).
• Record a custom 10 - 20 sec alarm notification message
• Receive Alarm Trigger and Arm & Disarm SMS Notifications.
• Auto Dial Number Feature: When the alarm is triggered, the host (Display Panel) will call each of the 5 pre-programmed numbers one at a time until answered. Once answered, a recorded voice lets the individual know that the alarm has been triggered, followed by voice prompt with 4 options (see below)

✅Voice Prompt Selection:

Press 1 to ARM: Once pressed it will arm the system immediately
Press 2 to DISARM: Once pressed it will disarm the system immediately Press 3 to MONITOR: Call the alarm system to hear what's going on using the internal speaker on the alarm system.
Press 4 to TALK: Once pressed you can speak and your voice will be heard
through the internal alarm system. This way you can either speak and scare off the intruder, or talk to the person who is visiting or lives there who may have accidently triggered the alarm.

✅Do you need a Sim Card to get Alarm Notifications?

In order to receive notifications through the Smart Life app on your phone/tablet from the Alarm System you only need to have Wi-fi in the property in which it is installed and the Smart Life app installed on your smartphone/tablet. As long as you have a data plan on your phone you can receive notifications, arm & disarm, check log and make setting changes etc.
