On 3:40, these huge light flares are actually like that due to a conflict with one of your texture mods. They are supposed to look quite different in Ultimate Edition.
Consider deleting or renaming the 'NextGenGraphics' folder to fix this.

I'm combining Redux 3.0, Xbox360 GUI, Retex, PlakMP (modified), and Reshade (using from the Hot Pursuit Challenge settings) to make Rockport Summer vibe. Overkill? Yes. Hits that summer Vibe? Yes.

0:56 implayin the original pc version, and it doesnt look like that. You disabled some of the visual setting i think.

the problem with ultimate edition that you have seperate NEXTGENGRAPHICS folder which contains flare images that causes the problem when you change the name of the folder problem should be fixed
