Khon Kaen is one of the largest provinces and has a large economic base in the Northeastern region.
There are large hospitals, both public and private. And there are famous universities in the country as well.

Khon Kaen hosts one of the more open and innovative university in Thailand. Among its distinct alumni is the internationally best known Thai movie director - who sports several prestigious Cannes Film Festival awards in recent years. Interesting indeed. gotta say, i love the bike! it is old school and very country style. love it ! im from khon kaen and wasnt able to go back for a few years now post covid.. ridiculous ! missing home a lot. thank you so much for this video it just makes me miss my home even more. i can not wait to visit my home city once again!
