In a video message released on social media, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) sent a direct message to President Biden wherein he described the infrastructure plan he'd proposed years earlier called the "penny plan," and mocked his Senate colleagues supporting the bipartisan infrastructure plan.

That money going overseas to “pave roads” is highly likely not actually paving roads... i think most of these expenditures actually go to companies that “spend” that money on “consulting” from companies that are owned by the very politicians voting for them.
