Collect All Parts Octavia's Anthem Warframe

The Systems BP can drop in the first cache of the Crossfire Exterminate on Plato LUA. So you only have to find one cache per mission. Dropped for me on the second run.
You can get the Neuroptics BP from the Orokin Derelict Survial C Rotation, aka every 20min. Got it on the first run, lucky I guess.
The Chassis BP is obtainable from the music memory puzzle which can spawn on most LUA missions. I ran crossfire exterminate. I did about 20 tries and had two finds. Sadly the first one was on a sortie and my group just rushed to the finish. Then craft the part and the frame in your foundry.

I've now done the survival 3 times till the 20 min mark is it a chance or is it guaranteed because I'm not getting it
