There can be no doubt that this year is shaping up to be tougher. When I look back, I see I made poor choices with money last year because I was focused on my investments. I had to decide between adding to my portfolio or buying a house. Selling my things made me realize the house needed more repairs than I had planned for. I’m struggling to keep going.

I let a block go at Coomera about 6 months ago. Very small but was only $300K. You are making me regret not being a bit more aggressive. Was in a tough position as I have great block in Perth I bought about 2 years ago that has gone up over 50%. Walk to the beach in Eglinton. I would probaby have had to sell it. So held my ground. But if another comes up, your video does give me a bit of extra confidence.

The confounding variables are not complete. The scenario does not consider factors like Australia economy (GDP), Unemployment rate etc. One of Aussie greatest export- Iron ore, is expected to decrease with the economy downturn of China, as well as China's new iron ore sourcing/ contract with Africa.

It's looking pretty ugly for our 2 big capitals. A point on the Adelaide nth housing estates, this has turned into a complete disaster. The government has announced it will take at least 4 years to get water and sewage connected to the outer nth. Our current treatment plants have now also reached capacity. The estimated costs per house to get connected is around $40, 000 each!

Love to see you take a crack at Simon Pressley's 2025 Regionals Growth chart as you did with Louis's at SQM. I feel there is some bias in what he is saying publicly as he is buying in some of these markets. So why promote the best ones :)
