A very interesting point is made here that financial policy by the global banking system will not address nor mitigate the climate change crisis, as was possible in past instances. I recognize the need for all the world's governments to address these issues but am curious as to how you may believe they may approach doing so. What do you believe might be some sensible advice to provide to a government seeking to mitigate climate change, in a hypothetical situation?
