Truly MAGNIFICENT, heartfelt interpretation, perhaps the finest I've heard of this masterwork by the great George Gershwin. The subtle variations are delightful, too.

She makes every performer play more soulfully. Everyone wants to be part of the magic. I’ve never seen musicians bop along with Gershwin’s rhythms as much as they did during this performance. Hat tip to Tilson-Thomas for total collaboration with Yuja and orchestra!

I can still hear my dad playing Gershwin in my childhood memories....Born in 1928, he played piano by ear from age 3. Piano was dad's passion and true joy. We listened to Gershwin's masterful works so often. In hearing, we fell in love with the unique and soulful beauty found in Gershwin's unique genius.
