The second horn is for the passenger side of the car. There's two horn locations on the VA/STI's and WRX's

you don't add Frequencies (Hz) for a higher number 😂. yeppers, 2nd horn is in front of the passenger side front wheel. it can be accessed from underneath. 1x 10mm bolt and 8x pop clips to remove the access
