Two sisters, over 800 pieces of property. Just one quarter of those properties could bring in at least 12 million dollars. So they'll probably sell half of them, still make a profit, and their worst properties will probably remain junky as hell.

If you're dirt poor and you drive a car in the City of Chicago, the city will aggressively fine and boot your car.If there's anything out of line or any unpaid ticket. However if you own millions of dollars of property and you leave it derelict you can go years maybe decades. Unbelievable

Only in Chicago can a land owner be responsible for the crime of fly dumping by others. F… arresting the fly dumpers, take the land from the owners. The Chitcago way. The entire city is a dump.
