GTX 1660 Super in 2023 | Budget GPU King!?

I have the 1660 ti, and that card is a beast. I have it overclocked using MSI Afterburner, and the card destroys in 1080p high settings most of the time and I can even crank it up to 1440p on some titles.

I have r5 5500 with 1660s from EVGA (bought after they quit gpus just to have it), and i can say, great combo for small money. I use 27" 165hz monitor and in World of tanks on about High settings i run at 165 fps constant... maybe there is WOT players here who could find this info usefull.

I got GTX1660Super With Ryzen 5 3500x and its enough for 1080p. I can play any game at least medium graphics on 1080p 60fps. And i can also play Valorant on 165Fps with 70% Gpu useage

I got 0.600mV to 0.700mV at 1440Mhz with 40-60W power consumption playing Dirt Rally 2.0 with Fps 120s FPS, but it was very slow dropping frames below 50fps in PES 2024. Finally I made a 2nd profile with 0.600 mV up to 0.800mV at 1500Mhz with 40-80W quite powerful power consumption, finally you can get 55FPS at the goal moment and when playing at full 60FPS

Yesterday i updated my gtx 1660s driver and at first msi AfterBurner didn't detect how much watts did it use and today somehow my gpu is running on 1575-1770 MHz and only using 70 watts of power while still averaging 70-85 fps in warzone 3 on custom settings and in genshin impact its averaging 28-45fps on 4k Max Settings i think the performance downgrade that i notice between 70 watts to 90-105 watts is -15~8% fps decrease i dont know if its a bug or not can someone explain to me whats happening to my GPU?
