I would be more accepting of self driving if the car companies took liability for any accident that happens as a result of their self driving technology, but they won't. If I take the blame, I want the control.

"We have to get from here to there"....Exactly. Musk started promising FSD a decade ago, and we're still years away from having it. The "last mile" in FSD technology will be more like 500 miles.
