Be honest, communicate effectively, polite, learn to be punctual, work on time management, be charismatic, rational, learn to multitask, database driven, teamwork, organized task properly, be professional .And aim towards working on organizational goals. Don't comprise the school rules, with parents, or business officials. Be mutual. There's a lot more advice, but i will just be concise .

To be honest, these tips were quite vague and shallow. As a veteran teacher here, we want to know how are you going to balance supporting teachers and taking a stand to parents and children's behaviour? Teacher's don't need to like you, but they need to know you have a backbone and can put parents in their place when needed.
