This series is very helpful. We went to an ER in the United States and there were many Spanish speaking patients communicating with English speaking doctors. A lot of people in the US (in this case, the doctors) seem to take a year or two of basic Spanish in high school so they know some words pero les cuesta hablar con los pacientes hispanohablantes. Le recomendé a la médica esta serie para ayudarla. Ojala que les dé algunas vistas :-)

Would you mind making one for phlebotomists specifically?
For example - telling them that you are going to turn on a bright light, asking them to lay on their back or roll over, warning them that they might feel a pinch when the needle goes in, explaining what the tests are for...
