Thank you for making this video, it was just what I was looking for to build a garden shed/greenhouse combo. Your video has given me he confidence to do it myself now. Simple and effective!

I use a polycarbonate called Soft lite on my greenhouses. It is made by Amerilux. If you fasten the roof panels on in the valleys you will find the wind doesn't cause as much problem. Just place your fastener in the middle of the valley. You will not have roof leakage doing it this way. The fasteners at the top and bottom of each panel should be in each valley. Go every other valley for any purlins between the peak and eve.

Nice tips on cutting: the tape to protect the material, stacking to cut them all at once, and fine tooth blade!

I never knew that you built a greenhouse! How cool is that!

Predrilling the sheets does not only save you time, it is absolutely necessary for polycarbonate sheets. You should be predrilling your holes slightly larger than your screws to allow for contraction and expansion. Great looking tiny greenhouse!

It's looking really good. You weren't kidding when you said your drill as falling apart. It sounding like it was making a strange electrical humming noise.
Your kids are so cute.
Great video :) Thanks for sharing.

Looking good! I never did pre-drill. I let the screws do the cutting. I would use less translucent for roof, as it gets very hot in the summer time.

Just now seeing this video...Am planning to build a greenhouse similar to what you did. How has it worked for you over the years? How has the ventilation from not putting the purlins in on the sides worked out? Awesome video. THanks
