If a property is given as alternative accommodation and the person dies intestate who would get a share in the property.. all the children or only those children who were living in the alternate accomodation given.

I live in USA NRI, my 3 brothers in India. Parents are no longer left in wills. My brother are not giving my share of inheritance properties. How should I claim my share of my inheritance property .

Question :
I am a married Sunni Muslim woman whose husband has already died.
We had no children through our marriage.
My husband did not have any other wife nor any children.
I was a school teacher and had an income of my own.
With my income I purchased a property.

Now even I have died.

What will happen to my property ?
who will inherit it ?

i would like to claify that even if there is a will and we want to sell the inherited property and divide proceeds among members of family who are not part of the will by mutual agreement & understanding...will it be valid and possible

Can NRI making law suit in India to their siblings with out Attoney for claim the inherited properties. Parents are not left the wills.
