Have you ever put aluminum foil on your eyes? - Here I show you why you should!

You probably use aluminum foil in your kitchen, right? But have you ever thought of putting it on your eyes? Probably not. But in this video I'll show you what it can do for you and why you should do it.

But first, you should put small pieces of the aluminum foil in the freezer for this. Because we need the aluminum foil really nice and cool. Because if you take it out of the freezer and then put it on your eyes, you can get some benefits.

Put the cold aluminum foil on your eyes for about 10-15 minutes and relax a bit. The cool aluminum foil will make you look much more awake and fit, and this method will also reduce dark circles under your eyes.
