The Raiders looked way better in this one game with Antonio Pierce as their interim HC than they ever did in every game with Josh McDaniels as their HC

Biggest thing i saw this game was discipline. No dumb penalties, better tackling, and everyone was just more focused. A total team win.

Raiders getting rid of McDaniels was arguably the best thing that could have ever happened to them, good job Raiders, hopefully Mark Davis can actually keep an interim head coach this time around and not making the same mistake he did in 2021-22

O'Connell/LVR get to 4-5 after dominating the lost in the abyss NYG. McDaniels gets fired and the offense looks better. We seen this before in the past. Very interested to see how O'Connell plays the rest of this season. Congrats on the win LVR 👍.

Firing McDaniels was the best thing the Raiders could’ve done. From what I saw, the players really showed much more poise and eagerness in one game then they ever did under McDaniels. They quit on him. I have a really good feeling about Piece, I hope he does well!
