As a black man, i didn;t know I was oppressed until I started watching CNN as an adult. I had two parents that were married at 18 & 19, I came along when they were in their 30's. I got a great education, anything I wanted. Mom got me a good job at Temple University where I also got to attend college for free because she was staff. Set me up with a great life. But apparently, i'm oppressed and white privilege is keeping me back. Even though I grew up seeing 90% white people strung out on smack on Kensington Ave. I guess I was doing even worse than them haha

10 years ago, I happen to talk to some liberal friends that listen to CNN and they were just going on and on about Europe and their travels there. And they told me America sucks. And I told them yeah, but everyone wants to come here. And they looked at me and said that’s true. And I smiled and continued to drink my beer.
