Thank you for showing the books they are beautiful. I don't think they would even sell, here in the US, books that old that I could afford.

THESE BOOKS ARE REALLY NICE-TFS-HUGS/BLESSINGS

You know, from my point of view ( and that means nothing at all) I’d prefer to buy a pack of mixed papers from those books and you make digikit of the illustrations ( like the fancy headers) title papers and marbled papers with the correct references of where you sourced the pieces. That way we all get a taste of the scripts, papers etc and can use the mix of elements in different projects. I know it’s more work but I think it’s a better use of those and everyone is getting an experience of those old books. That would satisfy the husband I’m sure. It means you keep the original interesting pages. You found them after all. If they’re out of copyright, great. You have the art training etc, let’s make the most of it!??? You can make your own formal reference book of those elements and that will still be worth something in the longer or shorter run as well. Are we really interested in the writings in the books, generally, no, I would say. I mean really “ Theological et dogmatica et religion and morales” ???? This is me just thinking out loud and you can ignore at your complete leisure and pleasure of course.
