Wow! How competent is Mat! This build could have gone sideways in SO many ways. Mat is either incredibly intelligent or amazingly gifted in terms of automotive understanding, or both, to pull off a build this complex. As we know, VAG products are not necessarily immediately interchangeable.
I wonder, given the money he’s likely spent, whether he could have just bought a brand new car and done some minor upgrades to make it equivalent to what he’s done! Either way, as you said, ‘hats off’ to him for bringing this ‘Frankenstein’ to life.
