What countries does Spain borders?
Spain borders Portugal, France and Andorra, but not many people know that even though there are around 730 kilometers between Spain and the British Island, it also borders UK through the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar.
Even if the Strait of Gibraltar separates Spain and the African Continent, Spain also borders Morocco through The tiny Spanish enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla sitting on the northern shores of Morocco's Mediterranean coast.

Gibraltar is not, legally speaking, part of the United Kingdom. It is a British Overseas Territory, ie another, more modern word for "colony". Gibraltar enjoys the same legal status as Hong Kong did before it was handed over to China.
