Love these little snippets of information ~ very real food for thought.
Dual thoughts can splinter our mindset and put us at risk for making emotional decisions that can harm us.

I find in the past it was hard to let go when my life was stagnating. So I need to make sure I am doing what I need to do to feel fulfilled.

Cheers Kerry :)

It's so painful. Just this afternoon going to a beautiful seaside town with my son, remembering both horrendous and horrible experiences there on my own with my narc, and funny, joyful experiences with the three of us. It's so upsetting and of course I can't talk about it. No one would believe it.

Oh, Kerry! I re-watched an excellent movie with Charlize Theron, who played a female Narcissist. It is a very nuanced script. She plays a woman who had always lived in a bubble because of her good looks (biosocial), with parents who were not abusive, but infuriatingly always pretended everything was just fine, (social) like displaying a large photo of she and her husband cutting their wedding she wasn't married to Movie: "Young Adult"

This is very difficult cuz I realize that everything was a lie but then I'm fooling myself thinking that there was some kind of love there and I have to keep reminding myself know he liked from the very beginning about what he felt about me and I'm just lying to myself thinking that know he really did but really he did not know it's difficult
