When gake off the cover, how do u change the bulb?

Moved into a house with these, cant seem to figure out how to replace a bulb? Took off the top 3 allen key screws, but then cant figure out how to get to the bulb? Don’t want to break it by pulling too hard

The amount of wires is unnecessary. You can parrell from light bulb to another bulb.
