No, 29 says A turtle is a reptile. That's a way of saying that all turtles are reptiles, and if you symbolized it Rt, that's just saying that a specific turtle, namely t, is a reptile.

On question 28, I'm a bit confused, when applying the "gets me down" predicate, surely it's not valid to apply the property to the day itself? Wouldn't the property have to applied to "me", if this is true, how would I do this?

isn't or in predicate logic different than or in english though for #28? OR can refer to both embarrassed and spiked in predicate logic to make its truth value true, but in english only embarrassed has to be true, or Spiked has to be true, never both?
