How to fix MSI Afterburner and Task Scheduler not working properly on start up

How to fix MSI Error code on startup with error code:
CTaskSchedulerInterface::AddTask failed with error code -22!
This fix also applies on Task scheduler not working properly upon opening having a code error "Remote Computer not found".

Error 1:
CTaskSchedulerInterface::AddTask failed with error code -22!

Error 2:
Remote Computer not found

Steps:
Go to:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services

TimeBrokerSvc
SystemEventsBroker

Change value of start to 2

Appreicate your tip. I posted on the guru3d forums (Makers of msi afterburner) for a fix. My way to fix was to reinstall windows 10.

My friends computer had this message, but when he closes it so that he can go onto the registry editor it just starts loading forever, every time he click something it starts to load. when he uses his keyboard and clicks windows key, the screen flashes and then goes back to normal. Not sure what to do.. Really want to help him but don't know how :/
