Even when he’s not blurring genre lines with his band Tera Melos or pushing boundaries in the studio with Death Grips, you’d be hard pressed to find multi-instrumentalist Nick Reinhart far out of reach of his guitar. Join him as he checks out the new Fender American Professional Jazzmaster and Jaguar.

A direct descendent of the guitar that powered underground music from the late ‘60s to today, the American Professional Jazzmaster is ready to lend its unique sound to any artists’ vision. Developed by longtime pickup guru Michael Frank, Fender’s brand new V-Mod Jazzmaster pickups kick out hot, vintage-inspired tone with plenty of punch and definition, while the new treble-bleed tone circuit lets your tone shine through at any volume.

An eye-catchingly adventurous design, the Jaguar’s delightfully off-kilter aesthetics and unique sound made it a darling of underground artists from the ‘70s to today. Featuring brand-new V-Mod pickups and an improved tremolo with screw-in arm and bridge that incorporates brass Mustang saddles to stabilize the strings, The American Professional Jaguar has been updated with modern features and materials to give today’s professional players the clear and punchy tone they have always been looking for.

Fender! Please get more Nick! He's a huge inspiration to so many because of how innovative he is! A lot of your market customers are sick of guitar reviews where the guy reviewing is just playing entry level blues riffs and power chords. Nick really shows what kind of intense creativity and sound fenders are capable of creating. Loved the review, love fender forever.

I was thinking, "wow, Nick is playing pretty normal in this video." Then the end happened, and I was satisfied.

The fact that Nick is on the fender channel, demoing these guitars is a huge step by fender to appeal to more modern players, and is much appreciated by myself...oh and Nick KILLED it!!!

Being a long-time Tera Melos fan, I love seeing Nick on these Fender vids. Cool that he's getting more and more recognition because he's always been such a killer player.

Watched and heard Nick on Pedals and Effects and in Tera Melos for years. Glad to see Fender giving him the exposure he deserves.

Nick has such an understated and weirdly chaotic style. Honestly, I don't care for Tera Melos but I love the pedalsandeffects yt channel.

The 4 way switch on the jag is SUPER similar to the Johnny Marr sig...did fender really like his ideas to the point that they took a note or two from Marr, or is it just coincidental?

I think the Jag is the guitar to get out of this new series. The olive color looks better than I thought it might on this new Jag. I like the 4-way selector switch vs. the old up/down switches. The Jazzmaster looks good too however I think the Classic 60s Lacquer is just as good and includes AVRI pickups and the rhythm circuit.

I liked the sound of the guitars. When I play an 80's sound, like New Wave for example, I sure will buy these guitars... GREETINGS FROM BRAZIL!

Oh wow he's playing the riff to Warpless Run at ~4:15 hahaha. That's almost 8 months before the album came out that's great.
