Poboy Breakfast Chicken Ranch Style

We love breakfast. So it comes as no surprise that we experiment a bit with it. This time we were trying to use up the last loaf of my attempt at making Leidenheimer French Bread. Yes, the famous French Bread most New Orleans Poboys are served on. My copy was pretty close. But we needed to eat it. So why not make a breakfast Poboy? Here's the story.
