Great video extolling the benefits of Nordic Walking. It is so nice to see the Edinburgh Branch members sharing their experiences. It looks not only beneficial to physical and mental health, but also the important social aspect. I do Nordic Walking a few times a year, when I visit relatives in Aberdeen. They have Viking Hiking group at Hazelhead Park. Highly recommend PwP's to consider joining in :)
