frameset tag are used to devide html page into rows and columns depending on devidation in freameset tag we use number of frames in this tutorial i have explain how to devide page in to number of colums and number of rows , similarly how can we devide page in to three rows and then each rows in to number of colums , this video tutorial also demonstrate you how to use noresize property of frame tag
