You pay for phone service, so you would expect to receive phone service. But when a Sandy woman’s landline kept going dead for more than a decade, she decided it was time to Get Gephardt.

She deserves some kind of rebate or refund. If it were me, I wouldn’t of messed around with the same company for as long as she did. And right now you can change your phone number with another company. The other company has to go buy the phone number from CenturyLink, but it happens all the time. They owe her something.
