Reading a file in Java (IntelliJ in Windows 10

Let's use FileInputStream in Java to read a simple text file, both in jShell and in IntelliJ. This is a proof-of-concept video to get you started so that you can then move on the reading CSV files and other common files.

There is a previous version of this video using IntelliJ and jShell on macOS. It's effectively the same thing as this video, except that I'm demonstrating how to do this in Windows.
