Both sides did a wonderful job presenting their points. I have to agree that the protestants made more sense to me personally. I come from a Mormon family and I have been a protestant who trusts the bible alone as my final authority for two years.

I think it would've been interesting if they had a debate purely on epistemology and foundationalism in general. A lot of the differences between them seemed to boiled down to epistemology, so it would've been good to have a more focused debate on that.

26:53 at this point, I must admit that as Christian’s, we gotta stop the division. This time point right here proves our division is more cancerous than constructive. The points made rarely build but rather tear down, but more precisely, cuts down what is to be revered with no attention that it is that very branch that supports us. The spirit of God reveals these things, but I hope we incline our ear and make correction swiftly!

Interesting debate, I did enjoy listening to it and appreciated each persons time and effort. Often it was difficult to feel the Holy Spirit. The apparent confidence of the presenters at times lacked humility. I believe God is the authority; not fallible man’s interpretation of His word. God (My personal Savior) did not live, He lives! God did not speak, He speaks today!
